About Nadia
Nadia Laurent is a corporate and intellectual property lawyer with more than twelve years of practice. She advises founders, families and creative businesses on the agreements and decisions that shape them, and is known for clear advice and calm negotiation.
She is also a working artist. Her paintings and works on paper explore balance, restraint and light, ideas she first met across the negotiating table. Her work has been shown in eight exhibitions and is held in private collections.
Both practices ask for the same discipline: read carefully, look closely, and leave out whatever does not serve the whole.
Law taught me to read what is written. Painting taught me to see what is not.

Clients and collectors
Legal clients
Nadia saw the weak clause in our shareholder agreement before anyone else did. Her advice saved us a year of disputes.
Calm, exact and always reachable. She explained every option in plain language before we decided.
Curators and collectors
Her paintings carry the same restraint as her arguments. Nothing is wasted and nothing is missing.
Salt Light, Morning changes with the light all day. It is the first thing our guests ask about.
