WHEREAS Nadia Laurent has advised founders, families and creative businesses for more than twelve years;

WHEREAS she paints, and her work has been shown in eight exhibitions;

NOW, THEREFORE, both practices are entered into this record.

Nadia Laurent is a corporate and intellectual property lawyer with more than twelve years of practice. She advises founders, families and creative businesses on the agreements and decisions that shape them, and is known for clear advice and calm negotiation.

She is also a working artist. Her paintings and works on paper explore balance, restraint and light, ideas she first met across the negotiating table. Her work has been shown in eight exhibitions and is held in private collections.

Both practices ask for the same discipline: read carefully, look closely, and leave out whatever does not serve the whole.
